Terms of service

1. Orders can be placed via this website and Invoice directly and via other online wholesale platforms. These terms & conditions apply to website and direct orders.

2. For orders placed via online wholesale platforms, the terms & conditions of those providers apply. 

3. To place an order online or directly you will need to be registered and logged in as a CORKSTORE wholesale customer.

4. Minimum order (MOQ) for product sales varies according to the type of product. 

5. Wholesale orders are categorised in bundles and quantity discounts apply according to the product bundle. 

6. Cost of products does not include shipping cost. Products have flat rate shipping costs for Australian orders which varies according to the type of product and size order. 

7. The Price Page provides all product prices and shipping costs.  Access is via the Wholesale Portal for which business registration, referred to in paragraph 3 above, is necessary requirement to log-in.  

8. Cost of products does not include 10% GST which is added at the product cart. 

9. We do not keep large amounts of inventory in-stock. Allow 30 days for delivery of your order. If there are any issues impacting estimated delivery we will contact you.

10. Returns and refunds are available for items which are deficient in quality.
